Swim Meet Procedures

The Swim Meet Schedule will be published by coaching staff in September (subject to change). A new meet schedule will be published if changes are made.

All groups/swimmers will be committed to eligible swim meets by coaching staff when the meet package and meet file are available. An email will be sent to member accounts when this has been completed.

It will be the responsibility of parents/guardians to monitor these communications and to DECLINE their swimmer through the CCSC Website from any meets they do not wish to, or cannot, attend BEFORE the registration deadline.

Once the host club registration deadline has passed, Members will be responsible for all fees incurred from the meet.
