Swimming For Everyone Community Fund
The Collingwood Clippers is grateful to our local community for supporting the Swimming for Everyone Community Fund. With the generosity of our donors, we are proud to offer financial assistance to Clippers families, ensuring that everyone has access to our programs.
All applications are submitted directly to the Club President and are kept strictly confidential. They will be shared anonymously with the Board of Directors for review during monthly board meetings with decisions communicated shortly thereafter. If your family requires urgent assistance, please indicate this in the comments so we can expedite your application.
Eligibility for funding will be determined based on several factors, including recent life events such as job loss, illness, or injury that have affected the family. Eligibility is also inclusive of general financial need for those experiencing financial hardship or who have exhausted other available resources like JumpStart, KidSport, and the Town of Collingwood Affordable Recreation Program. Funds will be allocated on a monthly basis, reflecting the current balance of the fund.
Families approved for JumpStart, KidSport, or the Town of Collingwood Affordable Recreation Program will automatically receive a 100% matching contribution from this fund. Information regarding each of these funds is listed below.
