Note: The following policy was added to the Team Manual for the 2026-2027 Season:

Declined Payments: If a payment is declined when processing an invoice, a $25 administrative fee will be applied to the member's account. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with processing the failed payment and arranging for repayment. Payment, including the administrative fee, must be made promptly to keep the account in good standing.
