Each day will have a focus stroke which will include 2 ½ hours of in water stroke work and 1 ½ hours of dryland instruction, games and education.
- 7:30 - 8:00 - Arrive, Change, Activation
- 8:00 - 9:30 - Swim!
- 9:30 - 11:00 - Dryland, Instruction, Eat
- 11:00 - 12:00 - Swim!
- 12:05 - Pick up time!
